Brand new PvP semi RP server

Alright guys so some friends and I have started up a new PvP server, will be up 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However lets be realistic things do happen but we will be doing all that we can to keep it up and going. It is a NA server based on the west coast and we would like to keep it in the US for ping reasons.

Mature players only, we will not be dictating it by age but by actual maturity. 

As of now it is 3x xp, 3x taming, 3x resource gain, and 1.5x resource health. All of these are open up to discussion with other tribes on the island. 

We will have some rules, sorry but it isnt a perfect world.

1. Tribes can be no more than 5 to allow multiple tribes to have actual land on the island.
2. No building on the volcano, this is going to be a public place for all to get metal.
3. No griefing players, this includes but is not limited to, killing low levels, destroying bases just to destroy the base, killing passive tames, and raiding for no reason.
4. Do not place foundations down and leave them to mark a spot your tribe wants, if you find a spot you want to build then build there. And part of this, try to destroy bases you are no longer using, We want to keep this world full of trees and dinos so leaving as small of a footprint as possible is best.
5. If you want to war with a tribe then both tribes need to agree. If you have an issue with a tribe you need to try to work it out, if that doesnt work then you fight, but know that there are consequences.

Our goal with this server is to be fun, a place with a real economy. While we do want to base this off of a role playing server where you can pick "jobs" like if you want to breed or farm or build you have the ability to do so. We arent talking about making a character and staying in character, we all have families and lives and those things are absolutely part of this game. 

We are wanting to get a Coliseum built for gladiator battles where people can but their best tame up against someone elses best tame. We could place bets on the winner and make this a Roman style battle. We are just tired of the powerhouse tribe doing whatever they want on an official server and kill your 7 hour tame, however we want to leave it PvP so that we can still fight back if someone is being an ass or if there is a dispute.

We would like to all work together to tame, build, and in general play the game. Any ideas by any of you guys that want to play just let us know here and we will for sure talk about it. See you on the island.
