Novarae Posted July 25, 2017 Share Posted July 25, 2017 So I made a mistake on my pw to access the forums/website and got the locked out message(btw 15min lockout is ridiculous). Email gave me a link reporting the lockout and then a link to reset the password. However, upon clicking the link: The page you are trying to access is not available to guests, but may be available if you sign in. If someone cant reset the password from their email address and catch remember their password, you've essentially created a catch 22 preventing someone from accessing their account. Luckily I remembered which pw I use(I use different games for different passwords so that's partly what led to this having happened). I'm sure others may encounter this and just not bother to report or just give up so might want to consider changing this. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
