Rain and Thunder on The Center

Hey Guys,

 

Is it really supposed to rain every 10 minutes on The Center map?

In my opinion that is a bit to frequently. It seems to be more balanced on all of the other maps from my own experience.

The rain on the center is annoying to say the least not to mention the frame rate drop and lag that comes with it

Its a little excessive, yes.

I actually never really noticed that it rains more often. I like the the thunderstorms though its much better than theIsland to me.

On a sort of related note:  Why is it that it rains in my house, but if I try to use my canteen on my hot bar, it won't fill inside my house, but it fills outside?

I mean, how is it that the game can easily determine that I am under a roof when I could benefit from it not knowing, but it can't possibly figure it out when figuring it out would increase immersion and/or decrease my annoyance level?

I wonder that too. It also rains in caves and under water
