lfcdev
Just curious how long people have to usually wait for a ticket to be reviewed and get a reply ?

Then again, I've only ever had to send one ticket in and had my question answered within a few days, then I had my question after that answered in a few hours of replying back to them. All tickets are given a cookie cutter email in response to the ticket you submitted to let you know the system received the ticket. Not that it has been worked on yet. Just like any other support system on the internet. Fixed it for you.
