AutoDestroy decayed Structures

They disappeared on server reboot when I put AutoDestroyDecayedDinos=True in GUS.ini.

FastDecayUnsnappedCoreStructures=False
DisableDinoDecayPvE=False
PvPDinoDecay=True
PvPStructureDecay=False
OnlyDecayUnsnappedCoreStructures=False
OnlyAutoDestroyCoreStructures=True
DestroyUnconnectedWaterPipes=True
PvEDinoDecayPeriodMultiplier=0.001
PvEStructureDecayPeriodMultiplier=2.0
AutoDestroyOldStructuresMultiplier=2.0
AutoDestroyDecayedDinos=True

No command lines used. Will see if this also works on structures...

was this for xbox/win 10 version or steam? Is a server restart the only way to get them to auto destroy?

I only have the steam version... Can test with unloading/loading area...

Unloading/loading also removes them. Stasis/unstasis...
Not sure what the term is. Reboot not needed.
But they are claimable if you stand there when the timer goes out...
I remember now this is why I couldn't have it on a PVP server.

However, putting AutoDestroyStructures=True into GUS.ini did not work.
Testing now in Game.ini... Did naaaaaaat work... :|

EDIT:
Not sure if this matters, but this is on a Linux server.

You could file it as a bug for Windows/Xbox servers, but Wildcard isn't famous for reading this forum, or fixing bugs. Still weird it won't work when it works on Linux, shouldn't be that much difference in coding...

So you didn't get autodestroy structures to work? Only dinos?

Running the Steam version of the Ark Server on Windoze 10...

In my GUS.ini I have

[ServerSettings]
AutoDestroyOldStructuresMultiplier=3.1
PvEStructureDecayPeriodMultiplier=3.0
PvEStructureDecayDestructionPeriod=3.1
PvEDinoDecayPeriodMultiplier=3.0

and my (edited) command line is ...

start shooterGameServer.exe "TheIsland?SessionName=Island?AltSaveDirectoryName=Island?Port=7785" -AutoDestroyStructures

So structures automatically decay a short time after they say "demolish allowed"

I only got auto-destroy on dinos to work without using command line.
In other words, AutoDestroyDecayedDinos=True works in GUS.ini, no need for command line.

Auto destroy structures only work using command line.

Ahh I see thanks. Maybe devs could add a ini option for us windoze store peeps if they dont want us to have command line or headless servers....

Did anyone get the AutoDestroyOldStructuresMultiplier=1.0 to work recently? I don't even see it listed here https://ark.gamepedia.com/Server_Configuration

Its like they took this option out? Really hope someone can help with this...My server is over whelmed with abandoned bases.

Which version of the server are you running?  The options I've listed in a previous post definitely work on the steam version of the server - so long as you also use the command line option -AutoDestroyStructures

I'm running a hosted pc server through Multiplay.com for ps4...I got this in gameusersettings.ini

DisableStructureDecayPvE=False

PvEStructureDecayPeriodMultiplier=2.5

AutoDestroyOldStructuresMultiplier=2.6

PvEStructureDecayDestructionPeriod=1 (tried 0 as well)

PvPStructureDecay=True

Decay timers are working, and when the timer ends, you can demolish by hand..but I just want it to autodestroy.

I seen here https://steamcommunity.com/app/346110/discussions/0/141136086940145265/ that i need to put -AutoDestroyStructures  in the Launch Parameter?  I dont know where that is..do i not have a launch parameter because of rented server?

Your host may not have it accessible, or it might be CheckBoxes in a webpage form.. For me: i rent from Survival Servers... And it was kind of a pain in the butt

.. They had several checkboxes available.. But not all of them so when i had something i needed to add but wasnt there i had to submit a ticket to them about adding Custom launch parameters.. Their support walked me through it.. In the end i needed to use their webform..and  make sure my MapId wasnt TheIsland... But "Custom", a few more inputs appear like CustomMapId which youd put "TheIsland" into and custom launch parameters box when you set that up..

The process is probably different across varying Host websites
