ArkGames365 Posted May 26, 2017 Share Posted May 26, 2017 ArkGames365 is a fresh new server looking to build a fun community for PVP. This server will run 24/7 with the exception of unexpected outages. For the 1st season of this server, all flyer mount engrams are disabled and taming of flyers are not allowed. The purpose of no flyers is to 1) allow for a more entertaining way to pvp that doesn’t just involve flyers picking you up/off mounts during the entire fight and 2) increasing the value of ground dinos along with utilizing the unique traits that they each offer. Dino Wipes will occur every day and will be announced with a warning in advanced to ensure all tames are completed. This server will go live starting tonight, Friday May 26th at 6PM Est. To Join: Add GT ArkGames365 and join xbox club ArkGames365 (its important to join the club as updates will be posted here frequently) Daily Events: To keep the community engaged in PVP the server will host a daily "loot drop". An admin will spawn a vault with loot in it and announce the coordinates. After a short amount of time an admin will announce the keycode combination and let the various tribes fight to obtain the loot. This will allow tribes to get an opportunity to collect needed items and allow for more PVP action. the items that are in the drops will be very helpful, as it is a high risk high reward system. The items to go in the vault will be determined on the needs of the community. if its early in the game it will contain items that help farm/build for our base and late game items will be sought after engrams. the times of each daily event are to be determined but will be announced via xbox club. Rates: XP = 4x Harvest = 3x Tame =8x Difficulty = 1.0 (125 max lvl for first week then bumped up to 150 max for rest of season) Rules: No flyer tames nor giga tames. No bronto or titan tames. Bases must have at least one entry point that can be reached by ground dinos. (meaning no building at northern icerberg that requires a flyer to reach base. No cave bases nor island bases. No base wiping Clear tame trap buildings after use. Weekend Events: A Hunger games island along with an arena are already constructed on a separate server. This has been designed on a seperate server to prevent taking potential base locations along with reducing building clutter. These events will occur if there is a high enough demand for weekend events. Other events may include: Gladiator fights Boxing Jousting Puzzles and maze games Any other event that a member has an idea for. Rules/Setting changes: The server will make rules or stat changes based on what the community wants. If the community thinks a stat is too high or too low, changes can be made to improve it. Settings are subject to change at anytime and will be posted on the xbox club to keep you informed. Server maintenance: In order to keep the server running effectively. there will be daily server resets. these will be performed very early in the morning when very few members will be online and will only last for a few minutes.
