Which is stronger between the Poison, Lightning and Fire.

My wife prefers her Lightning Wyvern "Amethyst" whereas I prefer my Fire Wyvern "Scorch". Both as good at killing things as each other, the Lightning weapon is probably a bit more effective but a bit less controllable than the fire one. But it's very much of a muchness to be honest and comes down to personal preference.

Not relevant to SE of course, but we have a couple of highish level Ice Wyverns too and while the slow down ability of their weapon is useful, they come nowhere near close to the others in overall use/power and infact have almost never been used since we got the Fire and Lightning ones.

i prefer Fire and they are by far the best and safest to kill Alpha wyvern, because alphas are allways fire too so your imune to their fire and can just stop in mid air and bite them to death. you can also set deathworms on fire while they are still underground. allways have a lightsource...  you can't see during night? set a rex on fire and have allmost daylight :P

I would say probably the lightning wyvern. They're all amazing but the lightning wyvern has a tactical edge. Here's a list, worst to best:

The ice wyvern is pretty cool (haha), its ice breath is great for slow moving creatures since the icy mist lingers for a while. Though it's very situational and such a short range breath attack from such a large creature is barely optimal.

The poison wyvern has good range, but the breath attack can be hard to hit if you're going fast enough.

The fire wyvern is an all around great with decent range on its fire breath. Has good area of effect, makes doing fly by's easy.

The lightning wyvern is the best, with a very long range of attack. Having what is essentially a laser, the best strategy is to land your wyvern and shoot from a distance. Also great for base defense, simply elevate one or two on a tower or something, enable "aggressive" and "AI turret mode" and it'll zap anything that gets close. Be careful though, it can kill friendly creatures and players on accident. It makes up for its small hitbox with its ability to keep shooting a beam for a few seconds, enabling it to sweep an area with laser precision.

It depends, for PVP you can use all with specific style and poison is dangerous against ppl but in PVE is poison only WE wyvern. Fire and lightning are much better but depends on situation and enemy(alpha wyv etc.). For best DPS we use lightning in two style...tanky neverending bolt (HP+ST.. dmg minimum 340) and shocker (HIgh melee + midrange ST)

Hey Guys,

Does anyone know what the damage is on the different wyverns.

Lightning is the best all around. Its attack distance makes it a killer of all. Great for killing other wyverns that are trapped, including the alpha. Great for luring any wyvern and stealing eggs because of their immunity to lightning. Fires come in a distance second. Basically, they are cosmetically better. They are immune to fire attacks and good for killing the alpha wyvern in the open if you land and bite. Otherwise, they are a risk to take into the trench because of lightning wyverns. Poison wyverns are good if you put a lot of points in weight and stamina, use them as a mule. Their attack is too slow to be effective and not very good except when they hit you in the wild they do not shield you from their attacks and gas masks are a pain to build. In pvp, wyverns are a poor choice to use in battle because they lack a saddle. This means you cant add an armor buff against turrets. Fly high around the island and be mindful. Wyverns in general are good for gathering thatch, meat, killing, and moving quickly around the island. They are the best multitool in your pve side of gameplay, poor in combat against a base, and easy to breed. With the flyer nerf from legacy days, even pteranodons are tough to grab eggs with.
