I'm trying to determine if they're worked at all & if so, how long does it typically take to get a response? It is nearing one week without a peep from tech support. cxxm Posted March 28, 2017 Share Posted March 28, 2017 i lost my character when amazon went down, it took like two weeks to get a response to my ticket and i have an appointment for tomorrow to get my character back. so in total about a month or so to fix my issue. its a slow process but i understand that because they probably get alot of tickets, so just be patient i guess. they will respond to you, just know you are in line behind 100,000 "i lost my dino" tickets. also i guess it helps that i took a break from ark when i lost my character, so i wasnt in a rush to get it back. We lost an entire alpha empire (structures, dinos, etc.) because of a bug they are aware of but haven't fixed. Thank you for responding to my post & reading my rant. Layton Posted March 29, 2017 Share Posted March 29, 2017 Lots and lots of bot replies from WC. And you have to respond to them all. Or they toss your ticket. Messages from the bots are keyword selected from your submission and replies. You are really just resetting a demo timer by responding. Keep doing it. They respond to squeaky wheels. But do not expect a satisfactory action when they finally get around to you with a living, breathing human. Sometimes it seems that their bot AI is smarter. Asked a follow up question, the response to that question i received a week later. While they told me they could not resolve my issue (lost two dinos at the volcano)...They did send a personal reply and it was a very nice response.
