Kadjunga
Beavers vs Thornies for smithies Which one would you say ends up best in the long run. Finding high level beavers is a royal pain but you can find plenty of high levels thornies in SE and they seem to have higher base weight to start with? DeweyDecimal
High level beavers are super common on the center. I feel like they're basically even, but I don't have much experience with thornies .
bulldog1986
They are exactly the same when it comes to weight, 46 points in weight (which we have on thorny dragons) is 576 weight on thorny's and beavers.
Dracul
Iv got a crapton of thornys, they are exactly like beavers (In too many ways, including how easily they are knocked back despite the size difference) Only real difference is the thornys tail attack, lower swim speed, and eating meat instead of berries. I actually cart a beaver and a thorny around with me when im building, I use a Theri power harvester to get wood then throw it on one of the two, other holds stone for a doed. Basically pick whatever you want, in the end they are just fancy pack mules.
