I couple of Patch ago WC claimed they fixed wild dino spawn issue inside base/near multiple structure, But it seems to be broken again. Only today I killed 3 Therizinosaurus in my base, not only Therizinosaurus but rators, anky and other wild spawn inside base. Last week a theri was inside the gates... and another one was trying to get through the gates to help it. The one on the inside killed the three dilos I had. No big loss but still.
