I am just hosting for a few friends. I want to change some of the settings, but some I am not sure what they are. For right now my question is for the GameUserSettings.ini file... I want to know what exactly the RCONServerGameLogBuffer is the default is 600.000000 and I would like to know what the effect is if I take the value up or down.
