Zikamirii004
im new to ark and i noticed when i went into a pve server every structure had had a demolish allowed timer. ive played in a official pvp server up to level 54 and i dont really recall seeing any demolish allowed structures. after looking into it i see that the pc version does it but does the xbox do it too, where if you dont log in for so long people can just walk up to your base and demolish it all? Bassman619
Yes xbox does. On both kinds of servers. It's more important in pve because you can't destroy other people's structures otherwise. It can be done in PVP but you can also just attack that structure

Bassman619
3-4 days for thatch. 7-8 days for wood. 15-16 for stone. Same as pve. Timers reset if the owner logs on, so it's only for abandoned structures. In PVP you can just attack the structure as well
