Bug report: ladder to ceiling transition

Hi,

I'm unable to transition from a ladder to a hatchframe or ceiling. My character gets stuck every time. I can use the ladder just fine, but on the point when I'm supposed to jump from the ladder on the ceiling I get stuck: unable to move, jump, or decend the ladder (I get the words, put pressing "E" does nothing). The only solution is to break the hatchframe or the ceiling so I drop down.

I'm playing on a single player procedurally generated map.
