Is there a way to do this without going through the entire process of uploading to steam? It took ages just to cook this file so I cancelled. Ferrat Posted November 23, 2016 Share Posted November 23, 2016 You cannot run anything you have edited without cooking it and uploading to Steam, there is the option to make it 'private' or 'friends only' so that only you or you and your Steam friends can see it. But there is no way you can run a mod locally on Ark, it is a silly way to do things but there is no way around it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
