array.h line 571 Make the Official PGARK cache files available

Several people have reported an issue with loading into multi-player PGARKs.  There appears to be an issue primarily affecting AMD processors after generating the foliage cache and/or during bringing map to play.

A reported (but perhaps not widely tested) fix has been to replace the generated Map and foliage cache files with ones that were generated by users who did not suffer the array.h line 571 crash while attempting to load in (which I've only seen tested by unofficial servers).

The map cache file is 150MB-200MB in size (depending on server) and not easily shared between players.

My suggestion is that this website (or even on Steam) should have a file download for the map and foliage cache file for each of the OFFICIAL extinction PGARK servers.  This has been requested by a few players within the bug/issue section of the forum but I felt it is important to bring it to the section specific to PGARKs.
