The Grind - Full Time Grinders

So people claim they want to play and are dedicated, yet most can only put in part time hours. Now despite how it sounds / looks, I fully respect this, but in order for a tribe to flourish. It needs full time dedicated members from differing time zones, so that we can have round the clock activity. Not only is it safer if people are always on, but more will get done (because people are on). 
If you think you can manage this I am indeed looking to recruit you, This will not be an immediate recruitment. 

I will want to vet individuals due to prior investment in base builds and servers (safety first) and we are talking normal OFFICIAL servers.
