    ARK: Ultimate Survivor Edition will include:

    • ARK: Survival Evolved - revamped and updated to the latest version of Unreal Engine 4 with the features, visuals, and functionality of the other platforms, while maintaining existing save data and progression.
    • Scorched Earth Expansion Pack (launching September 2022) 
    • Additional Expansion Packs added at 2-month intervals: Aberration, Extinction, and Genesis Parts 1 & 2
    • New cinematic story content to further expand the narrative of ARK: Survival Evolved.

    No there won't as they are focusing on the launch. But they will be syncing up with Turkey Trials or Winter Wonderland and also continuing to do events through 2023.

    this is bullpoop

    the multiplayer IS NOW online ONLY. removed local wireless. this was and is the only reason why ive got 3 ark cartridges. i dont care to play online with virtual friends. my kids are upset about this. not everyone lives in an area that has good internet 

    so those who paid 60 bucks for broken game, has to pay another 40 bucks for the bundle. wow $100+

    cant even revert back to the old update. i give up. never will support this company again

    Local play is coming, but they still need further work on it before releasing it.

    guys when will free maps come out?
    i really want my deino's on switch and i need them and i have ark on switch why cant i play Se?

    They haven't announced any free maps coming. You'll have to buy SE.

    I'm not sure when you updated but they did post this on Oct 17th.

    "While Single Player is fully present, please note that Local Play and Non-Dedicated Sessions are removed from the game at launch. They need a little more time in development to work out some issues, and we intend to bring them back in a post-release patch."

    There was info on this, it was mentioned in the returning players guide to prep everyone for release.

    They'll be announcing the release schedule of the free maps later. However, the list of maps ingame does possibly suggest what order the maps come in and possible the free maps might come in between each paid DLC. But that's currently speculation.

    With the update on the Switch we’ve been taken back to square one with nothing. Does anyone know how to find our saved game so to see our old creatures in their new resolution? 
     

    Also looking forward to the promised return of Local Play.

     

    Update. Problem fixed. Looks like all the stuff in their inventory and hot bar was lost but the tames and buildings are safe. They’d be thrown back to the foot paw far away from the base.
