    All hands on deck, Survivors! The Galleon has officially set sail!

    This absolute behemoth offers Survivors a massive new canvas for fortress-style base building on the open water, backed by a formidable battery of cannons ready to turn a passing disagreement into a full broadside.

    And the timing couldn't be better. With new water physics bringing rolling waves and shifting seas, and Astraeos now reaching its completed form, there are more reasons than ever to leave the shoreline behind and see where the tides take you.

    Whether you're charting a course across Astraeos or braving the waters of Genesis, the Galleon is ready to carry your adventures onto the open seas.

    So gather your crew, load the cannons, and set sail. There's a whole lot more waiting beyond the horizon.

    Structure decay is temporarily disabled while we finish resolving a small number of lingering tribe issues related to last week’s OC server outage. We plan to re-enable it next Friday, September 4, alongside the opening of transfers on Genesis Part 1.

    Transfers on Genesis Ascended Part 1 Official servers will open on September 4th, allowing players to move items, creatures, and characters onto the map without restriction! We've also aligned the timing with the Genesis Part 1 Expires servers, giving players a couple of weeks to move everything over before those servers close on September 18th.

    And as always, don't forget to pack your Dodos in bubble wrap, Survivors!

    Conquest, introduced to ARK: Survival Ascended by Snail Games, focuses on large-scale PvP, with increased rates, and other changes listed below. The increased rates will allow tribes to set up and establish themselves quickly and enable them to rebuild after potential losses instead of being wiped completely.

    The official Conquest servers are open for PC, Xbox and PlayStation.

    • Conquest Season 8 details:
      • Total of 18 maps all Genesis part 1
        • Cluster A: 12 servers that had transfers enabled with Classic before they shut down.
        • Cluster B: 6 servers with Transfers only enabled between those 6 servers for 2 weeks, Transfers between Cluster A and Cluster B will open on July 17th at 10 am PT.
      • 5x Rates
      • Tek is enabled with the exception of:
        • Tek Grenade
        • Tapejara Tek Saddle
        • Megalodon Tek Saddle
        • Rock Drake Tek Saddle
        • Mosasur Tek Saddle
        • Tek Railgun
        • Map: all 18 maps will become Genesis Part 1

    This weekend, the Official Network will be receiving bonus rates! It will be active until Monday, August 31.

    • PVP/PVE: 2x Harvesting, Taming, and Experience, and Breeding
    • Small Tribes: 4.5x Harvesting, Taming, and Experience + 4x Breeding
    • ARKpocalypse: 5x Harvesting, Taming and Experience, and Breeding

    Here’s a sneak peek at Dododex’s upcoming improved stat calculator, which will finally support tamed and bred creatures! The new calculator will also feature customizable stat grading and name suggestions from the Dododex community.

    It’ll be coming first to the web version of Dododex, with a launch date to be announced soon!

    Where is the content???? What is going on? This isn't even a community crunch at this point. Why even put this out and just say, 'Sorry guys, we lack content to share,' because this is all that it says? As for Astraeos, it's so laggy it's unreal; I can't move 2 inches without me lagging everywhere. I'm on medium to low settings with a decent PC as well... This update ruined Astraeos.

    You guys didn't mention the new Volcano pirate outpost in the patch notes. Wow, that's an awesome mission and super fun. Amazing design, you did a genuinely great job with those. It's just a shame that there's no reason to play all this new content because the loot rewards at the end are complete trash.

    Loving the galleon so far, it just needs to be faster. And the ladders actually need to work, you fall off halfway.

    And the pirate captain banner is still impossible to destroy in PvE, same as the glitched mission structures in Lost Colony missions.

    Yeah, bang up job guys. Half my Gen1 base is now unusable because of those randomly added island outposts. Thank GOD the loot from them are such hot garbage. Definitely worth losing my land portion of the base to now fully rely on the janky ocean platforms. Top score WC. Top score.

    Dododex has been super irrelevant for awhile now, maybee that this change will help it, but there are just so many other better tools these days like ASB.

    Sure hope Mining Drill gets the buffs/fixes it needs before that big dragon releases since it seems like it might be Tek Stryder-esque.
