    We’re excited to welcome another fan-favorite creature from Garuga123’s ARK: Additions into the official world of ARK: Survival Ascended. Each new arrival brings its own unique twist to survival, and the Concavenator is no exception. Fast, agile, and always ready to steal the spotlight, this desert specialist is unlike anything else roaming the ARK.

    Beneath the sands, the Concavenator turns the desert into its playground. It swims across the dunes with astonishing speed, launching itself skyward in spectacular aerial tricks to gain an advantage on its prey. Alone, it is an elusive nuisance, but in a coordinated pack, it can quickly turn into a nightmare, circling prey, kicking up choking clouds of sand, and striking from unexpected angles.

    Whether you are gliding through the shifting sands or commanding a pack of high-flyers, this creature demonstrates that finesse and coordination are just as lethal as raw strength.

     

    The Concavenator joins ARK: Survival Ascended on August 26th.

    Since Genesis 1 launched, we’ve continued monitoring activity and capacity across the Official Network to identify where additional support would be most useful. Today, we brought another small batch of Official Genesis 1 servers online, including a mix of EU and NA servers, along with a few Oceanic Small Tribes servers.

    These additions give players a few more options to jump in and find a spot as activity settles across the earlier rollout. We’ll continue monitoring server populations and capacity to help us assess whether further support may be needed.

     

    Please note that some of these new servers will be Expire servers:

    Expire servers are temporary servers across the network that will eventually be removed, and you can find them by searching for "Expire" in the session filter. These servers will be online until 10 am PST / 1 pm EST on September 19th 2026. We're preemptively using our allocation for future maps to host some additional sessions that players can travel onto to farm, tame, and experience the newest content Gameplay. The same transfer restrictions apply in that you are only able to download your character, but you can freely take anything off. This is to help reduce load off some of the other servers, or provide players an option for those who just want to jump onto a new map temporarily.

    Please note that these servers will no longer exist after 10 am PST / 1 pm EST on September 19th, so if you intend to use them, remember to transfer your items/creatures/characters off before that date, as nothing will be saved beyond that time period.

    Conquest focuses on large-scale PvP, with increased rates, and other changes listed below. The increased rates will allow tribes to set up and establish themselves quickly and enable them to rebuild after potential losses instead of being wiped completely.

    The official Conquest servers are open for PC, Xbox and PlayStation.

    • Conquest Season 8 details:
      • Total of 18 maps all Genesis part 1
        • Cluster A: 12 servers that had transfers enabled with Classic before they shut down.
        • Cluster B: 6 servers with Transfers only enabled between those 6 servers for 2 weeks, Transfers between Cluster A and Cluster B will open on July 17th at 10 am PT.
      • 5x Rates
      • Tek is enabled with the exception of:
        • Tek Grenade
        • Tapejara Tek Saddle
        • Megalodon Tek Saddle
        • Rock Drake Tek Saddle
        • Mosasur Tek Saddle
        • Tek Railgun
        • Map: all 18 maps will become Genesis Part 1

    ARKpocalypse servers have been wiped today!

    What is ARKpocalypse?

    • ARKpocalypse are monthly-wipe servers with higher than usual rates and monthly curated mods.

    Next wipe: August 21th, 2026

    You can join them by typing "Arkpocalypse" in the server browser! Happy Surviving!

Watching Ypou right now and he can not get in because they should have increased capacity as well as new servers. WC took so long to introduce new servers that everyone is built up and doesn't wasnt to leave. I watch a lot of official players and most of them spend a 3rd of their stream just trying to get on. Such a good look for WC.

    well boys at least this one doesnt look like well have to hand over the wallet for it. asa has been beating up that and my hard drive. thanks for finally getting around to releasing new servers but im afraid it may be too little too late. who new releasing a new map on july 4th would end catastrophically bad.  you may be stretching yourself a little thin and some things may be being left by the way side if you know what i mean. hey there's always next year but then again i been saying that since asa released. -.-

    Scorched Earth's defining feature has been deader than a Texas salad bar since the areneo's tlc dropped. What can we expect to be negatively impacted by the concavenator's arrival?

    The only way people will spread out onto the new gen1 servers is to allow transfers. If you can setup to allow gen to gen only transfer of items/dinos/etc., some people might move. Some people would also find a way to exploit it and transfer things from other maps. This is why we can't have nice things.

    Still no Theri release, or news for other TLC creatures for that matter and nearly 2/3 into the year, no Mining Drill buffs/fixes and just releasing more new creatures instead of the ones you said you would work on😕

    It's the spawn container that's broke, Astraeos uses the same spawn container as Scorched Earth & It's not spawning anything either. Not been fun & I doubt it's better on Scorched Earth as If I remember correctly you need the talons for the boss fight.

    Um I was able to get on np. Even on a Sunday one of rge busiest days of the week during an event.  Plus if they increase capacity it would b a huge performance issue for nitrado. Irregulardless ofbrgat tho is the fact thst it is the fact that yoy can get on.
