    We’ve loved seeing Survivors dive into the recent releases, explore the new content, and share their experiences with us.

    As more players get hands-on, additional issues and edge cases naturally come to light. The team is continuing to work through reports and make improvements, so you can expect a steady cadence of patches over the coming weeks.

    Character Restoration Update

    Character restoration is still ongoing, with the restoration process having successfully worked through the majority of affected characters. The team continues to address the remaining cases, and if you missed it, you can find more details in our full update here.

    Major Version Patch Notes

    Our recent Major Version update included a broad range of post-launch fixes, stability improvements, and gameplay adjustments.     Conquest focuses on large-scale PvP, with increased rates, and other changes listed below. The increased rates will allow tribes to set up and establish themselves quickly and enable them to rebuild after potential losses instead of being wiped completely.

    The official Conquest servers are open for PC, Xbox and PlayStation.

    • Conquest Season 8 details:
      • Total of 18 maps all Genesis part 1
        • Cluster A: 12 servers that had transfers enabled with Classic before they shut down.
        • Cluster B: 6 servers with Transfers only enabled between those 6 servers for 2 weeks, Transfers between Cluster A and Cluster B will open on July 17th at 10 am PT.
      • 5x Rates
      • Tek is enabled with the exception of:
        • Tek Grenade
        • Tapejara Tek Saddle
        • Megalodon Tek Saddle
        • Rock Drake Tek Saddle
        • Mosasur Tek Saddle
        • Tek Railgun
        • Map: all 18 maps will become Genesis Part 1

    I lost my character.

     

    And in Other news i lost 19 dinos when Lightning struck me in my base courtyard on the Ocean in Gen 1.  All instantly killed .  Rage quit level stupid system.  Starry night weather

    Who thought adding the features of a botched game like atlas and removing the biome we had for it  was a good idea. there is a reason why it failed. Maybe if you made it its own map it would have been ok  but ruining the old ocean biome for that is insane. Beware the tides of sewage!!!!

    How goated would it be if this new dragon guy could suck up desmos, pts, astrodelphis, lumina, umbra, and smaller out of the sky or at least riders off their mounts to compensate for possible lack of mobility lol?

    Nice, now re-model Umbra & Lumina to not look like HTTYD ripoffs, if you guys do this i will probably re-buy the DLC.

    These do not fit in with the ARK aesthetic at all, cmon.

    This new Dragnotopia DLC doesn't appeal to me. Unfortunately, they are losing the essence of what Ark is all about. Cute dragons that aren't scary? As an Ark fan, it makes me sad. When Gen 1 launched, there were few servers, and—sadly—no matter the time, you could never get in because they were always full. Unfortunately, they know this, yet they’re going to pretend they aren't listening to the community.

    Sorry guys and gals, one VERY disappointed Grandma here, I went without  so I could  purchase Tides Of Fortune, been looking forward to Tidepup taming for weeks. Instead there is zero chance of getting onto a server to actually try to tame anything new, and to add insult to injury my existing tames and bits of buildings are despawning in front of me randomly now!?!

     

    I love this game and have supported you guys all the way, have forgiven the inability to play certain maps so far and most of the paid mods that I also cannot use, but this, one of the most looked forward to and exciting maps with the fabulous looking ship battles and new tames? 

     

    It's not like any of the fun stuff on Tides can be tamed or done on any other map, so Genesis 1 may as well be a paid map, that is locked for not just me but sooo many people. Add to this the other maps becoming almost unplayable now. In fact the only players who seem to be thriving are the mass cloner and gacha farm builders, even more have been built these past few days!

     

    It would appear if you cheat you get all the best access :-(

    Hey they saw Windrose was stealing all their players and thought "Hey we have these pirate ship assets we can just dump into Ark and make the water area bigger but don't worry about making the sea bottom actual, just have a barrier

    Then don’t buy it I don’t see trying promote that you don’t like a thing makes it bad people do like it it’s a fun tame to soar. Around the map in and it requires leveling up in the skil tree

    I love the New design for the dragon and love the split jaw idea I think I noticed on it!!! if you guys simply elongated the neck and shrunk the heads just a little on umbra and lumina I think people would be much more receptive, like the concept art!! I love the work on the dragons and you guys are doing fantastic

    It is Ark Survival Ascended or Dragontopia now?

    Releasing unfinished product is one thing, and as always - you have full right to it.

    But leaving ASA and advertising Dragontopia only is d*ck move.

    I know you're company that needs to bring income, but come on.

     

    Also

    There were plenty of issues with latest release with Gen1, but sadly nobody realised that servers are way more stable that they used to be. 

    Ark isn't crashing, the ping is decent (at least on expiring server), and we can play quite unbothered
