Ah yes, I always wanted my own personal robot to serve me a plater of Metal Ingots for lunch! 🤣

 

Seriously though, if this is honestly something we can craft, it's going to make things SO much less grindy assuming we can have them automate tasks. Either way it's s a plus in my book 👍

A few years ago I've mentioned the idea to get a maintenance monkey and change the decay system to include a damage over time system. The monkey would have a certain radius (like a feeder or tek generator) and also acces to a certain stock of resources to work with. The idea was to reduce "dead" megabases that only woud get rendered every once every month while at the same time enable builders to build pretty with weaker materials instead of ugly tek boxes.

Sad to see they keep turning more and more into mech's over dino's.

You might wanna try ASE, it has a creature called "Maewing" doing just that!

Well, you can make a Feeding Trough or tame a Gigantoraptor in ASA...

Those options could help.

How about Defense Units, Enforcer’s, Attack Drones, Scouts, heck Even HLNA and the Overseer. Robots have been a thing since The Islands update in 2017.

I can see why people may not like it, but Ark always had robots and some were even more broken than this (meks). As for the grinding problem, i think it's going to be an endgame item, that will need many resources to craft.

It would be cool if there was a chance (maybe for radiation or high heat exposure) that it glitches and becomes hostile.

Honestly, this idea could have been executed by a prehistoric primate or even a made up animal.

Well is this the dino survival game you add in mind Wilcard?

I know you need this the ASA to fund Ark2, but come on, is ASA or ASE a survival dino game or a god damn mess survival game with dinos in it?

Now we have a buggy, tek tier, robot “dinos”, train, paid dino, these robot thing, hovercraft (not yet in the main game but will be there) and if we play in official servers without the proper dlc’s we can’t get those things and we are forced to play against those who have.

At least put servers to play without the payed dlc’s and dino.

If you want more funds make skins (they will not impact the main game) everybody love skins.

Willcard you need to learn from your community and look to the market to see what you need to put in the game.

By the direction of things we soon have the ability to craft starships and go to other planets.

First fix your game it really need serious fixes, then put these god damn mess in the game.

Jesus this game is getting out of control, thats why is getting worse then ASE, and soon you will have no one playing it.

Because I can't fathom that this thing would be capable of actually going out and mining rocks or trees with how brutal the AI and pathing is in this game.

Can the Robot Butler have Cosmetics please. Not like i would make mine into one of robots from Atomic Heart or anything...... o.0

It'll probably work similar to dinos automatically gathering while on wander.
