Entiendo que hayan querido dejarlo de base a como el juego original para que se contenten los de Evolved ; Pero siento que un cambio al arco no Le hubiera venido mal; En cambio el pico y el hacha son piedras.. Creo que están bien así y con nueva textura

You might want to read through the announcement again.

@LuckyPed Yeah - Noted. But up until the goods are in the store and actually available (free or not)  - we are all second guessing WildCard. And that I am afraid to say is a mugs game!

We shall see (probably in 2050 like some other peeps are posting  ) when things become concrete.

Lastima que se retrasará pero con ansias esperando ya que se ve good con Unreal Engine 5 pero bueno si se necesita mas tiempo para arreglar todo esta bien

Given the news:

ARK: Survival Ascended will now be launching at an Early Access price point of $44.99
with a launch-discount bringing it to $39.99.

We had initially planned to ship with more content on Day One, but that won’t be happening, so we’re adjusting the launch price accordingly.

So what I read in this is that they have bitten off a LOT more than they can chew with their remaster attempt, and sadly underestimated the work required for "conversion" to UE5. As a consequence they are kicking the DLC question down the road.

All of which leads me to believe that the DLC's will in fact become paid for - if it is so much "work" doing a map remaster they ain't gonna do it for free, they will charge what they think they can get, just as soon as there is an invested player base on ASA that is a captive audience.

I'm suprised... not... The fact Wildcard doesn't even peep about ARK 2 makes me think it's in deep development hell so the studio figured out remaster is only think achievable short term.

Way to address the shutting down of official servers, you know, after everybody's already gone in and transferred or destroyed or given away their stuff. Gold star studio as usual. Your moms' must all be so proud.

Más allá de un poquito más de detalle, no veo mucha diferencia, espero que ya en el juego, se note la diferencia 

Seamos sinceros, todos los veteranos del juego, sabemos que la desición de cerrar los servers es una desición muy cuestionable, ya que literalmente estan matando su propio juego y además, le van a abrir las puertas a los servers privados abusivos, que van a exigir pagos para poder seguir disfrutando del juego online

Están muy guapas las herramientas

So official ASA servers will be obsolete when it leaves early access like the ASE early access servers? After a year you will have to start again?

 

Maybe the delay is due to Starfield releasing early September and they do not want to compete with that?
