Community Crunch 334: Community Corner and More!

We need an Overseer flag and the Dinopithacus King flag and Crystal Wyvern Queen flag to be transferable please.

No ETA on the next update yet but I am hopeful it will either be October or November.

Can't believe I am gonna have to start all over again just to take advantage of cutscenes and narrated explorer notes.

I agree, it would be really nice, I have a show case room with all the artifacts and boss flags that have completed but it is technically incomplete because I cannot add these

The game is absolutely amazing but little stuff like this is pretty annoying.  When you fix the flags .. also fix Ark Data so it shows what you uploaded to inventory please.. thanks.

The reasons not to purchase ark 2 just keep piling up each and every week apparently none of the teams play ark official anymore and it definitely shows

Anyone who's spent much time playing Ark over the last few years, who then chooses to play Ark2 (or any other wildcard game, even if they get it on sale/free), thoroughly deserves all the misery that they most surely have coming to them.

AND the trophy heads!
You can't use them on other servers except as decorations so why not the heads too????

If you play PvP in Ark I don't see why you are complaining so much

Then don't play Ark 2. For most of us though, we've thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with Ark and will be doing so for years to come with Ark 2. Does it have bugs? Oh hell yeah! Is it still one of the greatest games ever made in spite of them? 100% yes. And for people that think wildcard doesn't care and doesn't listen, you should really read the patch notes every once in awhile. I'm done with my rant. Stop hating on wildcard and Ark. Obviously you care too or you wouldn't be here lol.

It's been updated, it is on the 5th Saturday.

I firmly expected Abberration Survival Stories by Ned as a featured video! Next week perhaps?

your probs a PvE player... PvE doesn't get effect by the unbalanced dinos the high amount of cheating meshing and even leader accounts being hacked or wizard. so the PvE players may have enjoyed the game The PvP side has been on a massive decline and doesnt get the support it needs

lol, the last two weeks would like to have a word with you.

I run a dedicated server from my Xbox please make it to where I can upload my character as if it's single player otherwise fix it so I can use the admin bar so I can upload my character.

Fixed the Gen2 servers to not crash every couple of hours and fixed the bad lag that isnt server saves .... wait nope still dreaming   shame lol

They are used on Fjordur to start the Fenris boss fight, which I'm pretty sure is why they disabled transferring them some months ago.

Vlad and Sarris are both among some of the best of the best when it comes to the ARKitect community!
I'm happy to see them featured here, that mill wheel is wicked!

Sure would be nice if wild card we get their community crunches out to let people know if it's worth playing Ark this weekend. Evo or no evo. Case anybody from Wild card actually reads this let's explain to you how this works. On weekends you have no evil event there is a drop to participate in down to 20% of players. An evil weekends participation by players goes back up to 80 plus percent. Every week and there is no event people become less and less interested in the game which in turn puts less and less interest in the new game coming out. To put a quite clearly if you want people to stay interested in your game you should really allow them to continue to want to play which means evo weekends

You got a link to list those statistics? Also are you factoring in unofficial servers to your percentages or only the officials? Either way I feel you're also failing to factor in the age of the game. Ark doesn't quite have the staying power of other old games such as tf2 and as its been listed that this year is Ark1's last hurrah before priorities shift to the sequel it really shouldn't be surprising that players aren't as active now.  Giving a boost week after week won't really change that in the long run when there are servers that are simply permaboosted.
