It's already been delayed as of a while ago. It's now (hopefully) around end of Q1 next year.

Nothing of the sort has been officially stated.

There may be talk of Ark 2 at the Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase this Sunday: https://gamerant.com/xbox-showcase-games-ark-2/

So maybe we'll know then.

Because Nintendo Switch isn't worthy of proper support like all the rest of you got? That your position? And you know absolutely zero about our system or Ark Survival on our system? Zero experience with it correct? And you're defending who? For what? Maybe you shouldn't speak on things you know nothing about. And at 54 years old and three years on Switch with Ark, I am hardly your son, kiddo.

Why don't you tell everyone exactly why that is the case here? Explain why exactly Wild Card and Snail Games decided to not support the Nintendo Switch version. Explain how the decision was made to not support Nintendo's version because it would take away revenue, money, from their mobile version for phones and tablets. And, how now that the decision has been made to scrap support for the actual mobile version, and in lue of the reports of over 100 million switches in consumers hands, they saw another money grab opportunity with Nintendo Switch owners again. Got our 40 bucks once, now targeting another 40 bucks out of us and more people. Please...explain all that in more detail please.

That's a lot of anger for just being told that your console receives less support because it's the least popular. What in the sweet blue hell makes you think the other platforms get proper support? Ark is a buggy mess on every platform. If PC- the platform they arguably consider the most lucrative of the four- can still run like a hot mess what makes you think you'll be better off? That said, because it's the most lucrative they'll probably want to keep that gravy train going. This isn't a matter of who deserves what, it's a matter of the company piling support where they think the money will flow the most and going down the list from there. 

Now, could switch one day topple pc in the profit department? Maybe. But why bet on a maybe when you can just stick with the confirmed gravy train? As for who I'm defending; I'm not really defending anyone, im just pointing out the ridiculousness of trying to insinuate that a guy with "VOLUNTEER" as part of their title is somehow subject to the whims of wildcards corporate overlords. Perhaps take a second to really get a grip on what I'm saying before  getting offended at the word "son" and prattling on about your age or speaking of time played on a platform as if it works as an appeal to authority.

Except it has been. I know you like to provoke, but an official announcement has, indeed, been released. The delay has, in fact, been confirmed.
