only event where cyan is a thing is getting smudged by all wannabe cyans (Teal, Turquoise,...) why Wildcard...WHY?

First off is there 3x raising whats the point in having a fridge full of eggs and cant raise them, second where is black for the colours ?????

Another rather unexciting event.

collect items, craft items, lose items when event ends, all delivered with a heaped spoonful of server outages, crashes and lag.

 

There should be server events, competitions, egg hunts, rare finds.. but nope..instead we get more chibi pests and untamable dinos.

3x breeding encompasses raising. 

It's Easter event. Black isn't an Easter color.

I mean, there will be no upbringing x3? too bad

Its very exciting because any time ark gets extra rates thats time to log on and farm easier not have to spend 6 hours on baby times and makes the overall experience enjoyable. Chibis are rare items getting those legendary and very rare chibis is a stable of these events now. They also give event specific skins and items if you wanna host an egg hunt get the easter eggs and do one with your tribe.

The extra rates are useless when the server is offline, suffering severe lag, and repeat crashes for the entire event (every event in the last 12 months we have been offline for at least 24 hours, and had an uncountable number of crashes, kicks and reboots)

Event skins (bar 1) are the same as last year, some of which spawn in my inventory without needing an event

For someone who plays for more than an hour or two of the event will get a rare chibi, they are nowhere near as rare as you are led to believe.. (and to be blunt, most are ugly as sin)

Saawwweeetttt love that event rate, but also not forgetting the double-edged sword it brings.  When it’s a full count rate hike for events like this it DOES kick the servers in the nuts in regards to stability, but I do enjoy the rates because I’m solo on official ( I like it that way, no bull to deal with).  I’m pretty much expecting the servers will be just about unplayable for the first 3-4 days between the times of 1130 am- ~230am the next morning EST.  That’s my concern, especially those of us that have been breeding, hatching and cryoing waiting on this event to raise.  In addition (not to sound like a whiny little kid), thank you WC!  We all know you don’t have to run the holiday events, and it’s something you do for us!

I would also like to make another request to give officials capped flyer movement speed level up capabilities ( and common sense level up capabilities, NOT just only 3 levels being allowed on a quetz).  A removal of the transfer timers on pve ( that were put in place to solely battle duping), and maybe the ability to transfer element on pve (maybe a stretch I get it).  The last thing, maybe looking into rendering problems with transfers.  I, and probably everyone else out there has to relog upon transferring back to home server because base does not load in correctly, and with this big of an event coming up THAT is going to bring servers to their knees with people constantly transferring in and out of servers and having to relog afterwards to correct render.  Just A thought but please look into it.

I saw this and started busting a gut! Lmao.  You are very correct sausage. The official xplay server I play on starts goin completely bug nuts when the server pop reaches 40-45 out of 70......The servers can’t handle that population on top of a major event....on top of people transferring in and out and having to relog to render bases.  The servers during events should be powered by The Rock......not Richard Simmons.

I assumed screen shots are IP but art like paintings? I mean I don't know what the rules are in general in painting and I don't currently paint.... I draw...But I know others do. So if you paint/draw an argentavis rider and it's inspired by ARK it's WC ip? But if you draw one and don't claim ark as inspiration it's not? THAT is where I'm confused.

I CARE that black is not an Easter color....Many of us spent a very long time breeding 'black' to get full 'black' only to be told during the Fear Evo that OUR black is not "ACTUAL BLACK" ......gets screwed and must re--breed everything to make sure we bow down to WC 'version' of a color I learned in kindergarten.

I have a JOB. I cant spend 10 hrs a day playing ARK, my only time is weekends or ***TIME I PLAN OFF IN IRL WORK SCHEDULE*** I feel like WC doesnt give a damn about these factors and it makes me want to just stop playing/let my base decay and move on.
