Why the official ancestor server PVE415 disappeared？？？？？

Why cant i stay connected? Another great start to another great event!

A lot of people on Xbox are having a no server glitch is there a way to fix it?

Raptorclaus spawns out side of the border on genesis. You cant get to the presents.

where is the christmas event for xbox? i dont see it

I know everyone is busy with Gen 2 and Ark 2, but really you couldn't take the extra time to put snow on the island? i mean cmon its tradition. imo, i'd rather skip turkey trial and spend the extra time to do winter wonderland right. or better yet, make the holiday events a dlc or something so we can run them anytime. i was really looking forward to WW5, but now i'm just disappointed. it just doesn't feel like xmas.

Raptor Claus seems to be spawning outside the border in the Arctic Biome on Genesis and you can't get the drops.  Are devs aware this is where he is spawning?

 

Hey don’t want too seem like I’m demanding something just want you guys too know for ark 2 it would be really cool if some of the more stealthy animals ex raptor sabor... could crutch so they can stalk people or at least make the player put there head down so people can’t see you 

raptor claws presents this year are utter garbage. gachaclaus are broken. This is the wildcard we all know and love. Can't wait for the broken mess that will be Ark 2!

Me and my fellow Ark tribemates are also very disappointed about the lack of snow on the Island Map this year. We all would have ok with this had this fact been simply announced in advance, so that we wouldn't have gotten our hopes up for a white Christmas. I don't like to complain, but we were just looking forward to the snow.

Is anybody able to play this on windows 10 or xbox? on xbox the menu is okay, but once in the game it looks like there is no event at all. On windows 10 I can't join my server hosted from the xbox neither play solo.

No snowy Island this year?? :(

guess not, that seems to be the big complaint. hopefully they'll read these and release a quick patch but I'm not holding my breath.

So it's not just me. That's one of the things I loved about this event last year and it's a bit disappointing not to see it this year

Hey why hasn't floating structures on iOS platform saddle been fixed yet this is really annoying . Can place anything can use the structures on the saddle right. Everything was fine until the last update. I dint care abt christmas events I'd like the serious bugs building up to be fixed. Especially where prices increased.

Because this Community Crunch has nothing to do with the Mobile version of ARK.

I apologize in advance for my English. in short, the problem is related to the fact that Santa Raptor throws gifts abroad map, and if it flies in the place where you can pick up it just does not throw off gifts.

Also, why is it that I can log straight on to this game on my phone with game pass but have to try 5-10 times on my Xbox One X? Something just doesn't make sense here...

We have problem connection timeout 3 days ago since the version updated. I have make a ticket but they still not fix this problem.

I wish I could play, I got it on Epic Games and applied a coupon to get Explorer's Edition for $13, but my PC is old and either way can't handle it, and I can't afford a computer that can handle it till what maybe August?

I am able to get the holiday recipes for the Winter Wonderland event, but neither Gacha Claus nor Raptor Claus ever spawn.  Any ideas? Playing on PC with mult arks (ragnarok, crystal isle, the island, scorched earth).

 

I purchased the Genesis exp pack and now raptor claus works.  I have to spawn Gacha Claus though because he doesn't exist anywhere on any ark.  I can work with this.
