Hey Ced thanks for the update.   I know if it were me personally I would be half-thinking "I don't even know if i want to do a crunch" because of some of the comments sometimes.  lol  
Honestly though at this late in the games life cycle it's pretty awesome that it gets the attention it does from the devs, and new maps and content still.

Also, someone above me mentioned primitive+ drops not working, it would be cool to get that back to normal, Its by far the best mode on official.

Maybe fix the reason why people need new servers. Taming caps & lag. People building 100s of rafts to take up slots. Tribes pillaring entire zones with ceilings to kill any spawn.

My ideas for improving server performance & make room:

- Limit rafts to 2 per Tribe, add 1 to the limit per new tribe member.

- Auto decay (remove) more structures: campfires, torches, tree sap taps, spikes, dino doors, leash (these can't even be demolished after timer).

- Lower taming cap per tribe to 300. We don't need more with the new kibble & cryo system. Most people use it but some tribes leave all out (including raft spam).

- Punish spawn blocking. Like pillar+ceiling. You still haven't found a good idea to prevent pillaring. Maybe a certain structure with a big range that has a limit per tribe that allows them to keep their farming areas safe. Spikes should still be allowed to protect others tames, but they will decay even if near.

- Lower player limit depending on map. Not many people play in big tribes (especially on PvE). 70 Players will fit on a map like Ragnarok but not on The Island.

Simply deleting servers and adding new ones isn't gonna fix the problem.

Totally irrelevant here... you get a FREE map, and still complain? Sometimes i don't get you guys. The dev team is prob working like crazy, and all you do is whining, how long before we get nothing anymore as reaction?

Don't want to sound rude but do you actually know that there are people making their income by showing gameplay stuff in videos? By prioritizing PC first all the freaking time, not a single console player ever has the chance to show something new. That's just not fair what you are doing... Your not in early access anymore! And yes, I know that you're working on PC and Port to console then, but that's not an excuse anymore!

Don't want to sound rude, but, did you know it's not their choice that people try to make money off of streaming? Also, here's a better way to look at PC... they get timed exclusives. This is no different than map packs on CoD dropping earlier on one console than the other. Console streams know what they are dealing with already, and if they don't, well, shame on them for not paying attention.

If you really want to make money in streaming, you should invest in a PC anyways.

That has nothing to do with either thing you're saying... This is people on consoles paying the same prize or even more but are left behind every single time! We never got any new game mode since small tribes though we are playing the exact same game! Console players get less for the same prize! What's fair about that?

Yeah but it's the console players that are showing other games then because they aren't getting clicks for stuff that's been shown a month earlier. And that makes people move on to other games and skip on ark. Game play videos and streamers are one of the best advertise you can have. Just imagine pubg not having any streamers showing the game. It would have never grown so fast! 

There’s an official update coming to Valguero so the devs should wait to implement that before release to console, if not console players will then complain that PC gets to play with newer content despite complaining about not having the map out quick enough.

One free to us but it makes them money, two I have the right to complain. WC puts console on the back burner and the more we speak up about issues like servers never coming out less often, maps coming out later, and the devs not enforcing TOS the more they’ll recognize us (hopefully).

        What you said about “it’s not their choice that people try to make money off streaming” is such BS because if there weren’t streamers streaming or Youtubers making videos ark would’ve died in early access. Where did you find out about ark?

        Not everyone has the money for a PC and that’s not their fault, most console players spent $60 on the game just like most PC players did. Also what you said about PC being early access, where is that said? WC never said that dlcs came out earlier on PC.

They do, but Steam doesn't have their own team scrutinise the update for bugs and breakages as Sony and Microsoft do - this is called certification and often takes about a week; if they find bugs, it then needs to be re-submitted and go through the process again. Steam doesn't care and allows developers to push updates and hotfixes pretty much on a whim, and will only step in if something extraordinary occurs as a result of a bug.

ced good sir . as a legacy player . end of summer reductions ? please already just instead of hovering over us with a hammer waiting to see who flinches and leaves your game altogether . you do know we are dug in and entrenched never to leave unless just simply , forcefully , shown the exit door of ark . like ive said before ; just give everyone on legacy a month to relocate to the only remaining servers to be left for legacy and move on already. people want wipes and have an opinion but arnt legacy players lol. some officials are lower populated than legacy . start wiping them ? look . we are not stupid . we wanted to stay . we understand you are a business . either just pull the plug and loose us altogether or just come to a resolution that ends the constant bashing of official players and worry for us of will the game ive played everyday for years just come to an end . you say you want to introduce different game modes and styles of play , pve. pvp. 6man . small tribes .etc.  just let us have legacy mode and move on . this is getting old already. btw . have a nice day

Lol you have absolutely no clue what you’re talking about. Streamers do not bring much publicity to games because the majority of gamers don’t watch streamers. Also, most people who bought this game including console did so in early access while the game was less than half the price to what it is now.

Console certification has nothing to do with bugs and everything to do with security.

So ... as a legacy player I'm still waiting for the list. ^^"

Yes but that's a terrible comparison and saying they should chain their employees to a desk is cruel. They have lives and families, treat people with respect.
