    Last week we launched Valguero, a new free DLC that has proven to be popular with the community.  Much like Ragnarok, this map was created by members of the modding community. Our modding community has proven to be full of talent and great content! We love partnering with members of the community to bring free content to all of our passionate survivors.

    While the team is busy with the launch of Valguero on console, we'll highlight some of the videos we've been seeing on Youtube.  We're excited to share what's in store for the future!

    There are five days left to enter the ARK Modding contest!

    Make sure to get those entries in before the deadline. If you've already entered, make sure you have all edits to your entry pages finished. After submissions close, you will no longer be able to edit the pages.

    We'll have our internal vote for the finalists and then a round of video spotlights. During the finals it will be you, the players, that will decide the winner of the contest. So make sure that you check out the entries.

    There are two separate categories, two sets of prizes, and two opportunities to vote.
    Each contest you vote in will enter you for a chance to win an ARK collectors edition box set signed by members of the development team.
    These box sets come with a soundtrack, some ark goodies, and most notably a large cloth map that would look great on your wall and a leather-bound, full color,  creature dossier.

    Evolution Event

    Survivors on all platforms will be receiving a special Evolution Event perk this weekend! It will be active from Friday the 28th of June at 1 PM EST until Monday the 1st of July at 3 PM EST. All Official Servers across each platform will be undergoing this evolutionary change which includes:

    • 2x Harvesting Rates
    • 2x Taming Rates
    • 2x EXP Rates

    Ark Dev's I seen a bug or a problem with thew ab area  there are ab aberrant Doedicurus but no aberrant Ankylosaurus and I been looking for them for the past 4 days since and I have seen none spawning or even showing up at all can you fix this problem or bug for us so we can farm metal in the red zone

    Because they were pulled from your behinds. No one other than the devs have the inside scoop so until you hear it from Wildcard, do not post fake dates. Simple.

    None of us have pulled it from anywhere, we just heard it and can't relocate our source, simple

    OMG. If you can’t back up a claim with a source/citation then you’re pulling it from your behind, simple. Why say anything at all?

    The simplicity of not saying anything unless you can back it up is not only logical but also stops the spread of misinformation. I’m not sure why you can’t simply understand that.

    100% agree. Nobody seems to understand unless it comes directly from WC it's not confirmed information so take it with a pinch of salt.

    I'm sure they don't give exact date because of this! By making it public and then getting certification issues causing delays creates another argument. So July is a whole month of 31 days why can't people just be patient.

    Is the abbreviation biom done? cuzz if so Im disappointed there is no blue zone. I was really hoping for a blue zone with all the glowing trees and stuff..  with no evil nameless spawning you to death n like murdering your face..

    Hi wildcard I have bin playing the game since it came out I really do think it's the best game ever this game is my live when I see the game ark or hear about it I think about this beautiful redwoods biome and all the nature in it ark is an amazing game it's that plays off in the time that I wanted to be?
