This game will not be released on a physical copy until "Full Release" (June 2016)

The unfinished early acces version coming on Wednesday, will not be in any physical form, it will be digitally downloadable via Xbox dashboard>Store

And no, we don't know what time on Wednesday

On the 16th NO survival of the fittest will not be available. But not long after it will be added to the Xbox version.

You can buy it in de Xbox store as a preview game. Next year in June you can buy it on disc if I am not mistaken
