Why I Can't Purchase The Ark Pass

i lost my progress i put my phone on charging after the charged i open the game i saw was spwan on random location after i get to my base location and my dinos nothing was there so i uninstal game and reinstalled it i lost character also

Why didn't I find discord?

There is for now not an option to do that, unofficial servers are not yet supported but they are working on it.

While playing single-player, I saw that you can not tame dinos as the food meter does not go down . I would like to kn why this happens and when will it be fixed cause whit the game like this you can't really enjoy it . 

Hey I just made an account only to ask this single question. Did you guys take away rideable dodos in this new Mobile Unlimited??

CAN WE RIDE THE DODOS???

Just like on the old mobile app? Is it possible or did we lose the ability to breed dodos super big and ride them?? 

I want to know because none of my dodos are changing in size annnddd the dodo size is gone and not next to them anymore??

I had dodos at 2.86 and 2.77 and they were massive. But can I do it now??

Why Poco f5 is not compatible. When it was first released I could find it on the play store. But the next day I couldn't find the application on the play store anymore.

Lamentablemente eso no esta arreglando el problema para empezar con el tema de las compras y luego uno abre tickets de que el servidor esta infestado de hackers y no le hacen caso ya perdi claves por los reseteos que hacen los chinos.

Compre unos cryopots minutos despues los graciosos hicieron un backlog del servidor asi que ya no tenia el rcyo ni las llaves

Encontramos la solución en nuestro caso (grupo de amigos) usamos Android, para solucionarlo que aunque le des a restaurar y no funcione tienes que ir a Google Play y cancelar la suscripción luego abrir el juego y dentro da la opción de reactivar  And the pass is already working correctly

KEYS

Keys are a new virtual currency within ARK: Ultimate Mobile Edition which give you the ability to “hack” different parts of your gameplay. Fix the game first it was compatible with my phone now it says it's not working on my phone anymore when im on Google play store I literally just played the game this morning

Hi when I try join my map I keep getting error saying I have to buy premium but I have bought premium on my mobile I have uninstalled I've cleared data I've tried everything nothing works could U please fix this problem thanks it's not pc as there was no option for mobile I'm using the mobile edition 

I am having the same issues as listed above what is the deal? Fix this please since we have paid for this.

Going to write on here because it doesn't seem like writing a review on Google play nor writing on the forums nor support does anything. Multiple people have all ready experienced your "restore purchase" problem. This has been going on for years since the original Ark Mobile game. You take people's money, but you give them all kinds of problems when they just want to play the game. It shows we have a subscription and that it's paid for. It shows when the next payment date is. But yet it's saying we must have the subscription to play and does not allow us to get onto the paid servers. This has always been a nightmare. Please get this fixed. I can't take it anymore. It's on your end so please do not blame us and make us go through hoops. Its a bug that needs to be fixed. 

Your restore purchase button does absolutely nothing.

Please fix stacks item and add mod Spyglass .

And why when I need to play in other maps the game crash in leading screen in Samsung Galaxy S7 edge xyonos 

I'm in the same boat please fix
